Second Trimester exercises in Hindi | Pregnancy Fitness Series
Created this series so that you can have a best of pregnancy journey. The series has been created for self exercises that you can carry out at home during different stages of pregnancy. In this video, you'll learn about some simple exercises you can do in the second trimester of your pregnancy to help improve your fitness and reduce your risk of pregnancy-related problems.. The exercises are basic and are safe in second trimester and would help you in becoming stronger and fit for your delivery and after delivery.
This series is designed to help you stay healthy and fit during your pregnancy, and to help prepare you for the physical challenges that come with being pregnant. We'll be discussing exercises that are both safe and comfortable for you to do, and which you can do at home. Stay tuned for the part 3 of this series, where we'll discuss exercises for the third trimester!
